Control Your Mind!

P.C - Google Images The phrase "Is this glass of water half empty or half full?" is a metaphor that is used to understand one's outlook on life. A negative and pessimistic person focuses on what they do not have, while a positive and optimistic person focuses on what they have. This metaphor is like worries in life, if you think about them for a short period of time, they do not have much effect, but if you dwell on them all day, they can make you feel low and depressed. The key is to focus on being cheerful and happy, whether it be at home or at work. One way to do this is to imagine beautiful things or recall happy memories. Another way is to write down negative thoughts on a piece of paper and discard them, telling your mind that they do not have the right to control you.
